To the extent that you receive inquiries and keep a list of recommended contractors, I cannot recommend highly enough that you add McGuire & Sons, Inc. to the top of that list.  They were wonderful to work with and did a great job.  I sought bids from 3 separate entities, and they were by far the most knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
